Kuffour Returns to Rovers

Striker Jo Kuffour has returned from his loan spell with League Two side Gillingham.

Kuffour hit 7 goals in 12 games during his loan spell, but has today returned to his parent club. It's thought that a deal to make Kuffours move to Gillingham permanent is close and is unlikely to feature for Rovers whilst a deal is agreed between the two clubs.

The 30 year old has been with Rovers since moving from Bournemouth in the summer of 2008 and has made 113 starts for Rovers scoring 35 goals, he also made a further 26 appearances from the bench.
