McGhee 'We Are Becoming Hard To Beat'

Talking after the 0-0 draw at home to Oxford, Mark McGhee said he was pleased Rovers are becoming hard to beat.

It was Rovers second clean sheet since McGhee took charge of Rovers. 'But overall I consider this a positive result and performance. I felt our goalkeeper and back four performed very well on a difficult surface and the players in front of them put in good shifts too.

'The clean sheet shows we are becoming difficult to beat and if we stay tight at the back there is always a chance we will score.

'I am taking the opportunity to look at different combinations of players as well as at individuals. Both teams showed a good attitude. Oxford are a decent team and it was a closely contested match.'

Rovers have conceded only three goals in the five matches that McGhee has been in charge.
