Championship side finally wrapped up a deal to sign winger Mustapha Carayol this week, Muzzy Seals Middlesbrough Move.

Another player also on the move was Chris Zebroski who moved to Chetltenham Town after just one season with Rovers, Story Here.

One player in was Gary Kenneth who moved to Rovers from a Scottish Premier side, Kenneth Agrees To Join Rovers.

A few former Rovers players were on the move this week, Richard Langley joined Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division club Hemel Hempstead Town. Defender Ryan Green has sealed a move to Welsh Premier League side Port Talbot Town on a two year deal. James Walker who had a loan spell with Rovers back in 2006 from Charlton Athletic has signed for Eastbourne Borough.

In the friendlies Rovers beat Tamworth 2-1, Eliot Richards and Shaquille Hunter scored for Rovers. Rovers also beat Paulton Rovers 2-1 with goals from Wayne Brown and Matt Harrold. On Saturday Rovers lost 3-0 to Bristol City.

And finally former midfielder Craig Stanley has broken his leg whilst playing for his new club Aldershot, it means Stanley will miss the first fixture against Rovers. Hope Craig makes a speedy recovery.
