Wayne Brown To Leave Rovers

Midfielder Wayne Brown will leave Bristol Rovers at the end of this year when his sixth month contract runs out.

Mark McGhee did offer the 24 year old a new contract until the end of the season, but Brown has decided to move on. Brown has made 34 starts for Rovers since moving from Fulham in the summer of 2010 after a short loan spell with Rovers, he has also made 30 appearances from the bench. Brown scored three times during his time with Rovers.

Brown is close to signing a two year deal with Finnish side TPS Turku, were he spent time on loan during 2009.
