Lund Free To Find A New Club
Stoke City midfielder Matthew Lund has been told he is free to find a new club.
Lunds current contract with Stoke City runs out at the end of this season and Stoke Manager Tony Pulis has told Lund that he will not be offered a new contract. Lund has made 24 starts for Rovers over two separate loans spells and has made 9 appearances from the bench. The 22 year old has scored 4 times for Rovers during his loan spells. Rovers Manager John Ward did try to get Lund back on loan for the remainder of the season, but Lund turned the move down.
Lund has also had loan spells at Hereford and Oldham, but has yet to make a appearance for Stoke City.
