Man In The Middle Vs Chesterfield

Man In The Middle Vs Chesterfield

The referee for Saturdays League Two clash away at Chesterfield is Mick Russell from Hertfordshire.

Mr Russell has refereed Rovers several times in recent seasons, he sent off Byron Anthony in Rovers 3-1 home defeat to Walsall in September 2008. The last time he was in charge of a Rovers game was the 1-0 home win over Wycombe in February this year, Ryan Brunt scored for Rovers that day and no players were booked from either side.

Mr Russell has been in charge of 37 games so far this season and has booked 81 players and sent off 4. Mr Russell will be assisted by Steven Meredith and Michael Salisbury and the Fourth Official will be Mark Heywood.
