Three Year Deal For O'Toole

The summer long pursuit of Colchester United midfielder John-Joe O'Toole today end with the former Watford man signing a three year deal with Bristol Rovers.

O'Toole was John Ward's number one transfer target after the 24 year old impressed whilst on loan last year and after a summer of will he wont he finally signed today. O'Toole made an instant impact whilst on loan and went on to make 18 appearances and scored three goals.

There was also interest from Gillingham and Southend United for his signature.
