After a first half of little chances Fleetwood keeper Scott Davies was in fine form in the second half for the vistors keeping out efforts from David Clarkson and Oliver Norburn.

Fabian Broghammer looked lively on his first start and went close with a header and a shot. Rovers looked more solid at the back with Gary Kenneth putting in a good display. Etheridge in the Rovers goal was never really troubled in the 90 minutes.
