What would you say your current form has been like?

After a rocky period we have won the last 2 games to put us back into form for this game. Our away form is patchy but a last minute winner at Sheffield Wednesday midweek was crucial for our league form.

Which players in your opinion will be the biggest threat to the Gas?

Roman Bednar is on fire currently and is almost scoring at a goal a game. He is a real threat especially with crosses into the box. Kevin Phillips is obviously probably out best known player and recently won the Football League Player of the Year. He is top scorer in the Championship.

Do you have any key players that will be missing from the game?

Both Roman Bednar and Carl Hoefkens were injured Tuesday night but Bednar looks like he will make the game, whilst Hoefkens did not train Friday and is likely to be missing. Apart from that only Felipe Teixeira is out injured for the season but with out strength in depth in midfield we should be fine.

What were your expectations at the beginning of the season, are these going to be achieved or have you changed your expectations?

Everyone at the club expected promotion at the start of the year and if we win our game in hand we are back in the automatic promotion places. Expectations have not been changed, but this cup run has added to our season. Hopefully we could visit Wembley twice this season to win the cup and erase our last visit in the play off final last year.

What players have come and gone for you this season?

We have brought in over 10 new players this year, restructuring our squad after some high profile players such as Koumas and Kamara moved to the Premiership. New players have been signed in all positions with an improvement in the quality of the squad overall. We have brought in Hoefkens who has been an almost ever-present all year and Brunt and Morrison in midfield. Luke Moore has just been brought in on loan from Aston Villa to bolster our front line with Miller, Bednar and Phillips.

What are your strengths/weaknesses?

We are strong going forward and play good football. We will always attack and Sunday will be no different I am sure. We are weak sometimes defending, but we have improved defending set plays recently. We have been poor at times away from home this season and the pitch at the Memorial may mean we will have to change our tactics and play a bit more long ball football.

Finally what is your score prediction for the game?

1-2 Albion. Rovers will be backed by their usual noisy support and will cause us problems but with our players going forward our quality will hopefully prevail over the 90 minutes.

Good luck, do yourself and League One proud. Lets hope all your players have managed to fight off the flu bug.
